This has been a great book to help my younger daughter learn oragami This has been a great book to help my younger daughter learn oragami. Great for beginners. My oldest in 4th grade has mastered these and is now teaching her friends at school. We have also purchased this as a gift for her fellow oragami loving friends.Perfect for my Kindergartner & 2nd Grader Bought this for my 6 year old who can easily follow the instructions to create origami. He loves it! Make sure to purchase some origami paper to go with it as ours did not come with any. We also bought a plastic container to hold the papers so as not to damage them in storage (folds, tears and bends in paper make creating origami difficult and frustrating).Creative origamis This book has some really fun, creative designs. My 8-year old had some trouble with some of the instructions -- you sometimes have to interpret arrows to perform the needed folds, and doing so wasn't always easy for her (and not always easy for me, either!). So for that reason I'm giving it 4 stars.
